I would first like to say that I am a shoe fanatic and was fairly anxious to obtain these. When I eventually received the box and after digging thru all the popcorn that was packed in the box I was in fact pleasantly stunned! These are genuinely cute boots! I got them in brown & black(couldn't pass up the buy 1 get one 50 % off). The brown is additional of a destressed leather & not a shiny leather but still adorable nonetheless. The heel is not too large, not also low but skinnier than I thought but nevertheless alright. On the other hand, they run smaller so measurement up and they are tricky to get into as there is no zipper on these. I assume a facet or even a back again zipper would have produced impression seeing as they run smaller. I'm kinda afraid that I might ruin them basically attempting to get them on which is the reason I might have to return them:-(
